Messages That have been read show up for up to a minute as being unread despite refreshes and going to other screens.

Are you connecting through a proxy server?

If not, click on 'Tools' in IE7 and select 'Internet Options'. Click on the 'Settings' button under Browsing history. A 'Temporary Internet Files and History Settings' window will open up. Where it says "Check for newer versions of stored pages:", select 'Every time I visit the webpage' Hit Ok, ok again. Restart IE.

I was refreshing it and it didn't make a difference before. It was something he was working on. Default settings are good because it allows me to see what the customer will see.
