My friend said her insurance shot up once they learned it was a Sport model of the Grand Am. Last I checked it was just a spoiler add-on and maybe some body kit differences. Sheesh.

I see the new Holden Coupe from Australia is being released under the Pontiac name, I think it's going to be the new firebird or something, I don't really keep up with GM though.

I drove a 1981 Ford Granada...it was classed as a sports car by my insurance company because it was a two door.
BTW, there was nothing sporty about it.
