also, my only beef with soshal is not the people or how fast the threads move, but the actual site itself is slower than nexopia.

I actually don't even mind the slow load time, lets me do more work. and the slower thread movement too. This might just be a nice fit.

every time I complain he says something like "Data center infrastructure switch over reboot sever....it should be better in 5 min" and it never is
