Maybe it'll help to allow for more content in threads without removing the 2 other columns we have.

The space where you enter in font before posting has smaller font than on the page. I agree though the font should stay at the size it is. With variable users it's important everyone can see it. In forums reducing picture sizes would also give a great deal more space.
