Priorities include:
1)
Friend Request Verification having it sent to your private messages.
2)
Introductions with BB code for posting your pics, videos, background... what ever
3)
Search I'm more than sure that the current listing of refresh isn't an efficient way of going. It should list users by city, key word, information stated on profile, or combination of all.
4)
Friends be able to click view all friends and see them all. Friends in my system column show friends online
5)
Forum Decrease margin spaces, table width in between collumns, max posts per page... should add quite a bit of space.

News Tracker Tracks all friends pic updates, blog updates, comments, forum replies etc... if selected will submit to email for each checked option.

I say no mass emails, maybe at tops, e-mail a daily report, dont want to flood people with mails, and too complicated if you make it so you gotta define what you want to send and what not to send.

Right Picture Menu Column center pics into fixed cells for framed look(includes friends list pics as well).
When browsing through mail will show current users checking mail... may only show limited amounts of pictures initially because of limited users checking their mail lol.
Eventually the same collumn of pictures on the right ...

5.5) Switch the x's where pics should be to default pictures blue boy pink girl (something to that extent). When highlighting (click over) user pics on friends list it says their username age sex

RSS and Digg it will be for blogs and articles most likely. I guess certain users in forums... that would be a lot of extra work for rss feeds on each user though lol. ...

Now now, i can't believe i saw someone use the term negro above. It's 2007 - aren't we past this kind of linguistic laziness?
